Transfer to the Railway Station to board the Shatabdi Express train for Gwalior.
Meeting and transfer to the hotel.
Afternoon visit the
Gwalior Fort which dominates the city and is its most magnificent monument. Visit Man
Mandir Palace built by Raja Man Singh. Also visit Sas Bahu Ka Mandir, Suruj Kund,
Tansens Tomb and Sun Temple.
Overnight hotel.

GWALIOR/JHANSI/KHAJURAHO (181 KMS)
Transfer to Railway Station to board
the Shatabdi Express train for Jhansi. Meeting and transfer to Khajuraho by car.
Afternoon sightseeing
tour visiting the Eastern and Western group of temples. The largest temple is Kandariya
Mahadev, dedicated to Lord Shiva. In the Western group lies the Chaunsat Yogini temple.
Other noteworthy temples are Viswanath. Lakshmana, Varaha and Chitragupta temple.
Overnight at hotel.

KHAJURAHO/VARANASI
In time transfer to the airport to
board flight for Varanasi. Meeting and transfer to hotel.
Afternoon visit
Sarnath where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon.
Evening visit Amrit
Rao Peshwa Ghat to witness devotees performing the "Ganga Arti" which culminates
in placing tiny lamps or diyas on fragile leaves and floating them in the
shimmering waters of the Ganga. As the sun sets, a specially arranged cultural feast of
dances and music follows.

VARANASI/DELHI
Early morning excursion to holy river
Ganges and visit by boat to the bathing and the Cremation Ghats, followed by city tour
visiting the Bharat Mata temple which houses one of the most perfect relief maps of India
carved out of marble, the Durga temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Banaras Hindu University,
which has an Art Gallery and the Mosque of Moghul Emperor Aurangazeb.
Afternoon transfer to
airport to board flight for Delhi.
On arrival, meeting
and transfer to the hotel.
