Day 01
Sector Delhi/ Kathmandu
Programme Description
Arrive Kathmandu.
On arrival, you are met by our representative and transferred to the
hotel.
Afternoon City sightseeing tour visiting Durbar Square, Hanuman Dhoka
the ancient Royal residential quarters, Mahadev and Parvati Temples,
Machhendranath a holy place for Buddhists and Hindus alike, Temple of
the Living Goddess and a walk around the local bazaar. Also visit
Swayambhunath - the 2500 years old Buddhist temple.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 02
Sector Kathmandu
Programme Description
Morning visit
Pashupathinath, Bodhnath & Bhadgaon. Pashupathinath, this Pagoda
style temple is situated on the bank of the sacred Bagmati river. It
has a gilt roof and richly carved silver doors and is one of the
holiest temples in the entire Hindu world.
Bodhnath this colossal stupa one of the biggest in the world is built
on an octagonal base. It too has the all seeing eyes of the Buddha
inset with prayer wheels.
Bhadgoan (Bhaktapu 'the City of Devotees') is a centre of
medieval art and architecture. See Durbar Square and Nyatapala Temple
a five storied pagoda style temple.

Day 03
Sector Kathmandu
Programme Description
Morning visit Dhulikhel
(30 kms. or 19 miles) for sunrise.
Lunch at Mountain Resort.
Return to Kathmandu.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 04
Sector Kathmandu
Programme Description
Morning visit to Patan
(located a short distance away), visiting the old Newar city, the
historic Durbar Square, see the golden Gate. Patan is the cradle of
innumerable small temples, buildings with old windows and carved
balconies of wood, curio shops and bazars.
Rest of the day free.
Day 05
Depart Kathmandu
Programme Description
Overnight at hotel.
In time, transfer to the airport to board flight for onward
destination.
