Somnath & Palitana on the southern coast is well known for it’s magnficient temples, the cultural mix of Ahmedabad and Surat, the princely states & aristocracy of Jamnagar and the wilderness of Bhuj. The flamingo city of the Rann of Kutch & the last bastion of the Asiatic Lion at Gir. The overland journey through Rajasthan to Gujarat is enriching to say the least as it takes you through Shekhavati, Jaipur, Pushkar, Jodhpur, Aodhi, Udaipur, before entering Gujarat.
